Your account and content

Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including music, footage and likenesses. You retain rights in your content and grant the service a limited license to store, process and display it as needed to operate the app. Do not harass others, impersonate people, upload unlawful content or evade safety controls.

Progressive engagement mechanism

The app reveals Comment, Share and Save controls after a Like. Unauthorized copying of protected code, artwork or proprietary implementation, bypassing access controls, scraping, automated abuse and reverse engineering prohibited by applicable law are forbidden. These contractual restrictions do not claim ownership of general ideas or common interface interactions.

In-feed recommended videos

Creators may select a video displayed and played inside a recommended-video card. Protected implementation and original design materials may not be reproduced without authorization, except where applicable law permits. Recommendation placement is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Limits and enforcement

Videos must be 59 seconds or shorter. Stories are video-only. Accounts and content may be restricted following valid reports. Commercial promotions require separate agreed terms; no payment or advertising revenue is promised.

Legal protection

These terms do not create a patent, register a trademark or guarantee exclusivity over the progressive engagement or recommendation ideas. Patentability, enforceability, jurisdiction, operator identity, contact details, age eligibility and dispute terms need review by a qualified lawyer before launch.
